Prime Parking

Parking along Front Avenue

Parking plan features more than 500 spaces

When McEuen and Front Avenue are finished, there will be plenty of prime parking. The two-level parking garage will provide both covered and uncovered parking. The upper level has angled parking along Front Avenue between Third and Seventh streets. All in all, there will be about 228 covered parking spaces, 203 uncovered spaces and 19 boat spaces. Angled parking spaces number about 79.

Construction status

The South Trail at the base of Tubbs Hill is paved. Crews are now working on building park trails. Fine grading continues as does work on the back wall of the parking structure. Workers are also installing the water main from the Harbor House to the Pavilion. The irrigation main is also being installed.
