Take a break from the
holiday rush for a free Christmas movie at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library.

On Wednesday and Friday, Dec. 19 and 21, at 4 p.m. both
days, come to the Seagraves Children’s Library on the lower level, 702 E. Front
Ave., for screenings of “Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups” in the Shirley Parker
Storyroom.
And don’t forget that Saturday, Dec. 22, at 1 p.m. in the
library Community Room, the Library Foundation will host a “Holiday Sing Along
with Mudgy and Santa.” Bring your camera for photos with Mudgy and Millie and
St. Nicholas, too.
Susan Nipp, author of “Mudgy & Millie” and co-creator of
the “Wee Sing” series of books and music will lead the singing and will also
sign copies of her book along with sculptor Terry Lee, who created the five
bronze statues along the Mudgy Trail.
