Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Scott Anthony Osborne. Osborne is wanted for a felony warrant in connection of two church burglaries that occurred on October 22, 2009. The burglaries of St. Thomas Church and First Christian Church captured Osborne on security cameras while committing the crimes.Osborne is described as a white male, 39 years of age, 5’11", 200 lbs., hazel eyes, short brown hair, and possibly some facial hair.
