The City Council has scheduled a public hearing to accept testimony prior to approving the First program year of the "Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report" (CAPER) for the City's use of their Community Block Grant funds. The public hearing has been scheduled for the April 21, 2009 City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Library's Community Room located at 702 E. Front Avenue, Coeur d'Alene.
Verbal and written comments regarding the draft CAPER will be accepted during the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted beginning April 1 through April 30, 2009. Written comments should be submitted to Renata McLeod, City Hall, 710 Mullan Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814.
