The City Council at their March 17, 2009 meeting will hold public hearings on the following items:
ZC-1-09 Requested zone change at the southwest corner of Highway US-95 and Hanley Avenue. The request is for a change in zoning from R-8 (residential at 8 units/acre) to C-17 (commercial).
A-7-08 Request is for annexation into the City with a zoning of R-3 (residential at 3 units per acre) for the property located at 1130 E. Skyline Drive
City Council meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. The meetings are also televised on CDA TV, Cable Channel 19.
