The bids for construction of Phase II of the Landings Park were opened this morning and resulted in the following base bids being submitted:

Hillside Landscape Construction $489,600.00
Ginno Construction $496,900.00
Polin & Young Construction $559,990.00
Schimmels Construction $615,000.00
Clearwater Summit $675,083.00
Landscape Architects Base Bid Estimate: $574,000.00
Staff will review the bids for responsiveness to bid specifications and will make their recommendation for awarding the bid to the City Council at their April 7, 2009 City Council Meeting.
