He is an effective and efficient program manager, and his tasks are consistently completed ahead of schedule. He is always coming up with suggestions that make the department a better organization. Tom, like the others given this honor in the past, is the type of employee, who puts our city, its citizens, and CdA Fire first and ahead of all else.
